Our Day-Of Coordination begins two weeks before your wedding. We’ll create your timeline, gather key info, and manage the day itself so everything stays on track while you stay present.

We’ll take the reins at your rehearsal so the big day feels less like a guessing game and more like second nature. On your wedding day, we’re there early, staying late, and managing everything in between. From overseeing decor setup and distributing bouquets to cueing the grand entrance and making sure the cake is actually cut—if it matters to you, it matters to us. And yes, we’ll make sure everyone’s in the right place at the right time, every time.
Calm, Cool & In Control
When things go sideways (and trust us, something always tries to), we stay cool so you can stay glowing. Whether it’s a forgotten boutonniere, a delayed delivery, or a last-minute meltdown, we’re the first to handle it—and the last to tell you it ever happened. You’ll be free to live in the moment while we manage the mayhem with grace, grit, and a little bit of magic.

We chase down RSVPs so you don’t have to (looking at you, Cousin Mark). From updating headcounts to helping with seating charts, we make sure every guest has a seat—and every vendor has a clue. We’ll introduce ourselves to your vendor team, confirm all details, and act as their go-to from the final walkthrough to the last dance.
