Based in top wedding destinations near Zion National Park and Charleston, we help couples bring their vision to life through expertly coordinated, beautifully curated events that feel personal, intentional, and elevated.

We believe every couple deserves access to high-end celebration support, regardless of size or scale. Intro to
Kaylor & Kelsey
Kaylor and Kelsey’s story begins 30 years ago at summer camp, where they first met and instantly clicked. After that, fate made them neighbors, and they became inseparable best friends. Together with their younger brothers, they created countless cherished memories, from camping trips and crafting Hawaiian leis to belting out karaoke tunes.
However, life took a turn when Kelsey moved to the East Coast in her tween years, starting a new chapter far from Kaylor. Despite the distance, they kept in touch, and the advent of Facebook helped them rekindle their close bond. Throughout their twenties, they ensured regular reunions, celebrating life’s big moments like each other’s weddings—Kelsey’s beautiful plantation wedding in Charleston, SC, in 2016, and Kaylor’s elegant ceremony at San Francisco City Hall in 2017. Their friendship flourished with coast-to-coast travels and unwavering support for one another.
Fast forward to mid-2024, Kaylor had an exciting idea: to dive into the world of wedding coordination with the goal to become an all-inclusive wedding vendor. Knowing Kelsey was the perfect partner for this venture, she reached out. Without hesitation, Kelsey was all in and thus began their latest adventure.

Kaylor Hogue
Kaylor brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to our team. With a background in the wedding industry, she has excelled as a Crew Leader at a major wedding venue, managing countless events with precision and passion. Her love for weddings began in 2016 while planning her own, where she identified gaps in the industry that she is eager to address. Kaylor is also the Co-Founder and CFO of a successful transportation business and co-owns a real estate investment company. Her entrepreneurial spirit and keen operational skills ensure that every event we manage is executed flawlessly.
Outside of work, Kaylor is a proud Army Veteran married to her high school sweetheart, Cody. They live in Southern Utah, with their beautiful daughter, Kaci. In her free time, she enjoys hiking at the Mighty 5 National Parks, traveling, reading murder mysteries, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Kelsey Buonviri
Kelsey is a dynamic and creative force with a rich background in event planning, marketing, and graphic design. As the Event and Marketing Manager at a non-profit organization, she often plans high-profile events and crafts engaging materials that capture each event’s essence and the organization’s mission. Kelsey also runs her own art business, creating unique jewelry and home goods from resin, showcasing her entrepreneurial mindset and artistic talents. Her expertise in event planning ensures that our business leaves a lasting impression through visually stunning and well-coordinated events.
In her personal life, Kelsey is married to Robbie, whom she met in high school. They live in South Carolina with their adorable daughter, Ira, and spunky son, Koa. Kelsey loves traveling, enjoying the beach and mountains, relaxing with a good glass of wine or beer, and spending quality time with her family.
